About the Mishloach Manos Project
The Mishloach Manos Project is designed to ensure that all Jewish children, regardless of their circumstances, can experience the joy of Purim. Often, children who don’t attend Jewish schools, aren’t part of a synagogue community, or live in areas without a strong Jewish presence may miss out on the traditional Purim customs, including the giving and receiving of Mishloach Manos (Purim gift baskets). Our project provides a way for these children to still partake in the joy and spirit of Purim. By connecting those who are able to give with children who may not have access to a local Jewish community, we make sure that no child is left out of the celebration. Through your generosity, we can spread happiness and warmth to Jewish families and children everywhere, ensuring that the Purim mitzvah of giving is shared with all.
